This came on suddenly with no prior problems. Turning the thermostat down doesn't help. I have made sure all vents all clear. Any suggestions?


ED5SHEXKQ is the correct model number

sounds like cold control thermostat is defective

Check the refrigerator air flow input temperature from the freezer and post.
