Have a broken glass cooktop, ordered the replacement, but need to remove the touch controls from the broken one. Advice on best way to do this as it is adhered to the glass with adhesive (I don't want to damage it by prying it off). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also, there is some insulation on the top of each induction element that the glass rests on. It appears to be a ceramic fiber that I could order and replace?
Thanks!
