Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 6/25/2009(UTC) Posts: 7		My gas dryer fires up and heats but then cools down and runs forever. The burner will ignite but at very long intervals. I have cleaned out the vent pipe. Could this be a fuse issue, or would that cause it to not heat at all? My next guess would be thermostat. There is a sensor of some sort on the burner tube, is that a flame sensor or a thermostat? Thanks, Rich
