I want to replace the burned-out lamp, but it requires removal of the case. The screw on the lower left on the back of the case is a tamperproof torx screw requiring a hollow torx bit. Can you tell me what size bit to use, e.g. T-20, T-25, T-27, etc.? I bought a set of bits on ******** but none of them fit. Does it require a precisely machined bit or did GE use a proprietary machined torx screw requiring a specialized tool only available to certified technicians? It just galls me that I may have to have a repairman do this simple lamp replacement and end up paying a lot of money.:mad: Any help is appreciated. Many thanks.
