:confused: After a power outage, my Whirlpool oven clock won't keep the correct time. I set it and it ends up lagging behind.
I'm not all that worried about having a clock displayed (I'll turn it off) , but do you think my control panel's bad too which will cause my cook temperature will be inaccurate?

Could not find any info using the given Model Number, please check it.
Cannot say if the power outage also damaged your temp settings.
If everything is baking as it used to I would say the temperature is OK.
You could get a oven thermometer and check it. Don't expect it to be exact.
If you do not use delayed start or timed cooking, I cannot see where the slow clock will cause a problem.
The one proviso is if the unit is self clean. You may have to adjust the clean time to compensate for the slow timer. |

There are different circuits in the electronic control for its different functions. One could be affected without any others. I do however suggest you keep an eye on it while in use for a while to be sure. :eek: Quote:Model Number: RPS275PDB12 BTW. The model number you posted is incorrect.
