rt frt burner will not turn off.disconnected potentiometer with same result. replaced main power panel last year(one with clock and oven controls) it might be the other electronic control board but not sure...any suggestions thanks.....gianca

this is from gianca tested potentiometers to be ok .....diconnected lead to burner from elect control panel AP4374771.burner now remains off. there dose not seem to be anything else in circuit that could be at fault so im leaning to replace the elect board.....if anything else should be checked please advise as board is expensive......thanks

I can't see anything else being the cause if the element can not be turned off and when ON is glowing at full power (ie. red hot).
