I accidently set a package of rolls on a hot burner on my glasstop stove. This happened once before with a plastic plate. Once the plastic cooled it peeled right off. Well, that didn't work this time. I guess the plastic was too thin. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the plastic off?

Sorry to hear about your problem. What I would try is using your cooktop polish on the area along with a razor scraper keeping the area "wet" with the polish. Don't rub too hard or use too much pressure. A great cleaning kit to have is AP3177824 available here..:) ..wrench
