No white stuff, it is quite clean.
Cascade powder detergent.
Both spray arms are spinning.
The model number is that of Sears for the product from whom it was bought. Will check if there is any other.
Thanks.

San,

Did you see any white stuff inside the dishwasher when it's dry?

What kind of soap did you use?

Did you see both spray arms spinning if you open the door during the wash cycle?

The model number you posted does not come up. Verify and repost it.

Any suggestions?

Bought in August 2005, I tried baking soda on an emty cycle but the upper rack dishes do not clean. The spray arm holes are clean, the water pressure/temp are good, the water level is above the heating coil and I hear the pump sound.
How do I get the spray arm at the top out to clean it further, it has a screw under.
Should also try Ysano or Glucksten?
Thanks for any help.
