Try flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times. Often you can loose half the line without actually tripping the breaker. The heating elements require both sides (240 volts) whereas the control panel, lights etc. just require half the line (120 volts). If this does nothing check the power at the receptacle. L1 to L2 should be 240 volts L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts. If OK Unplug the unit Check the terminal strip in the unit to ensure a wire has not burned off. If OK Either check for power at the terminal strip or check the line cord wires for continuity.

The model number will be located on a plate on the inner door housing or the housing around the bottom drawer ... You will see model number and serial number both on this plate
