Did the neutral drain kit take care of this issue...mine (same model) is doing the same thing

Definitely do a hot load and leave the lid alone to see if it will activate the spin on its own. I will do another video. It doesn't activate spin that's why I opened the lid. You can hear the motor free spinning.

The first video was going pretty good, but you interrupted the drain by opening the lid which prematurely started the spin part of the cycle.
I was hoping to see it drain for a couple of minutes and then see whether it paused and then came back on spinning or not.
Definitely do a hot load and leave the lid alone to see if it will activate the spin on its own.

The reason I asked is because the gearcase is filled with 50 weight oil. Very thick and at lower temperatures the parts in it will be very sluggish.
This washer is designed to operate in temps above 70 F. Try doing a wash on a warm day using warm or hot water. See if it manages to spin on its own.
Believe it or not, I've ran in to this problem a few times, usually during Winter.
(the cold water transfers the cold straight down the agitator shaft into the gearcase)
