The frost is what's causing it, but why is the frost building up?

Maybe ice is blocking the vents which prevents proper air flow.

Over the weekend I noticed that my refrigerator GE Cafe CYE23TSDSS started building up ice inside by the vents and wasn't cooling properly.

The freezer has no build up, but I think it's not cooling much anymore..after doing some grocery shopping yesterday and putting meatballs in the freezer, they didn't seem frozen the next day.

I checked the seals around the doors and everything seems fine. Had the refrigerator only about two years.

Started taking it apart to defrost everything, here are some pictures:

What could be the problem here?
