I am assuming that everything looks normal after a cycle other than you cannot start another cycle.
Look through the tech sheet in case anything listed there comes up.
if all OK I would replace the control board (item 6 in Control Panel Parts section)

That may be a zero instead of an O on the model number. If it is the control board does that mean we would have to replace the whole board and what would be the cost?

I cannot find any info on the given model number.
Tried here and the Whirlpool site.
Please check it.

Sounds like a control board problem.
The4 microprocessor is not resetting by itself but when you remove power from the unit then you manually reset it.

Lights on the panel come on but the dishwasher will not start. If we flip the circuit breaker it will start even though the breaker was not off.
