Yes it looks like your control board is bad (Item 20 in the Backguard Parts section)
You may also need a new overlay (part 20A) sometimes they do not come off without damaging the part.
Heating it up with a hair dryer often loosens it, just do not overheat it.

All the units I find have 3 letters at the end not 2.

If the stove top elements work OK and the wiring from/to the elements from the control board is OK then odds are that your control board is shot.

Need help with a oven. Put new heating elements in and it still no t working.
