Hi.

First check the wire harness and connections from the motor and start capacitor to the timer and selector switch.
Check the capacitor (you'll need a multimeter). The info is on the capacitor.

Hi,

I have a Kenmore washer (#11020712991) that fills up but does not spin or agitate. The motor just hums like it wants to work but something's jamming it. I checked the motor coupler and that is fine. I also checked the pump to make sure that wasn't holding the motor up... it was fine too. What am I missing and need to check? Thank you for your help!
