Didi you also check/clean the vents in the rear cover, the vents in the kick/plate (front) and the condenser/compressor fan blade?
Also check that the condenser/compressor fan runs when the compressor is on.
Note: It will take at least a few hours to notice if the frame cools down.
I cannot find any info on the given model number, please check it.
If it is a non USA unit I may not be able to get info on it.
