If the compressor is cycling on/off and the evaporator and condenser fans work. I would say it is a control problem Item 30 in Section 17.

I was not getting ice in the freezer. The temp for the freezer is 20 degrees F, and the fridge is 40 degrees F. The freezer setting was 4 and I turned it to 1. The fridge setting was 4 and I turned it to 2. The freezer now is occasionally making batches of ice. I believe the freezer needs to be colder. Other than cleaning the dust from under the unit what should I do? Thank you.
