First I think you should check and make sure your water temperature in the tub is hot enough(I prefer 130 to 140 degrees in tub) minimum water temp is 120 degrees. Low water temp. will delay the heat cycle and cause cycle to be extended. It could also give you a false fault code in a lot of cases.
