Could the suspension rods need to be replaced?

Thank you for your question. It is likely that either the flood hose WH41X10297 has a crack in it or it has slipped loose from the tub. A mirror or camera would need to be used to view it while there is some water in the tub to identify which has occurred.

Hello, My GE Top Loading Washing Machine GLWN2800D0WS appears fairly loose, but it seems to be leaking from a hose on the bottom back left of the drum if you're looking at the drum.
