When you removed the bin to clean, used the cubes to fill another container or for any reason, if the auger turned, while doing this you may have knocked the auger drivr hub and it is not aligned to the drive arms on the motor assembly the arms must fit in the opening on the drive hub of the bin. You will need to look and guess the alignment of the fork tongs and opening in the drive hub.
If your bin slide retainers were cracked, broken, loose. or if there was debris in the track that you did not see when you removed the bin , it wont alighn properly and seat when you reinsert the bin.

A couple of easy quick checks first.

Make sure there are no spilt cubes between the back side of the bin and the auger motor or ,drive fork.

Make sure the auger drive hub (in the back if the bin) aligns properly with the drive fork of the auger motor(back wall area). also check and make sure you have no obstructions or broken pieces on the track assembly(s)that the bin slides in / out on .

have a nice day
