Hey David, When the ice paddle is pressed check for 120 VAC at P1 pin 2 and P3 pin 8 on the main control board. If no voltage replace the board. If voltage then replace the auger motor.

When I try to dispense ice, the ice auger will not turn.
I have cleaned out the ice bucket and still when I try to dispense ice the ice door opens but the auger will not turn.
It is free because I can turn it by hand but it will not turn on its own.
Where can I find a troubleshooting guide for this problem?
My refrigerator model is: WRX735SDBM04
