Unfortunately, manufacturers no longer provide timer motors separately from the timer assemblies in most cases. When they do, they list it in the parts diagram of the model number in question.

Hi, **The motors for the timers are not sold separately.** This is correct for almost all of the time. Motor timer motors do not come separately. LINK> Timer Assembly. jeff sr.

I have a roper dryer that has a timer assembly part number WP8299781. I read that it can be much cheaper to replace the timer motor instead of the whole assembly. How do I find out what motor I need?
