I have a washer that was made in Nov of 07 but has been in use about 2 yrs. If I try to wash in warm water it's always cold. If I wash in hot, the water supply cycles between full flow and maybe 1/3rd of full flow, I have cleaned the screens and it didn't help. Any suggestions?

If you are not getting warm water in the warm selection, but only cold then your hot water valve is not coming on in that situation. You need to use a multi-meter to see if you are getting current to the hot water connector to the water valve when the machine should be filling with warm water. If so, replace the water valve assembly, this part here. Part number: AP3267248
If you are not getting power you will need to check out the timer, water temp selection switch and the wiring between all of those and the valves. Here is a service manual that may help you do that. http://frigidaireservicetips.com/pdfs/489_5.pdf
