this washer makes a loud vibration noise at times when it is draining .could the pump be plugged with something. is there any cleanouts in the pump area that needs to be checked

yes it spins at that time . I also think that it is pumping water out also.

Sorry for the delay.

Remove the rear panel. Check all shocks.

Remove the hoses from the drain pump and check for a foreign objects inside the pump and hoses.

Remove the belt and spin the tub pulley in both directions. Does it spin freely?

Post the results.
