Drum will not spin
Model Number: GLTF1670ASO Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
The drum will not spin, it will try to turn then stop, motor turns free and you can spin the drum by hand, the water pump is loud

The first procedure in this case with this machine is to take off the pump and clean it out along with the drain hoses, then put things back together and see if it will work.
