I have a Frigidaire GSTF1670AS), which seems to be more or less the same as a GLTF1670AS0. It will go through the wash and spin cycle properly, by sort of hangs during the rinse cycle. The washer will turn a little and ten stop and hum. I manually advance the timer to the next click and then it spins a little, pumps, etc, and then hums. I have to do this for every "click" on the timer until I reach the spin cycle, and then it runs fine.
I called Frigidaire and they told me I needed a new timer. I ordered one from ApliancePartsPros, and it has arrived. I can't figure out how to install it. I can get the top cover off no problem, but I can get any father. I have removed several screws from the top of the control panel frame, but I can't see how to get at the rest. I have looked at this diagram, but still can't see how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank You,
Jason
