Hello, We purchased a house with a washer and Dryer from Maytag. The washer is a Bravos Econconserve Model # MVWX500XL1
We are noticing that water is left in the bottom after a wash. This this normal??
Thanks Clinton

No it should drain completely, check the lines for some blockage.

Hello,
I pulled off the pump and nothing was stuck. The washer does drain but not fully?
What can I remove to see if anything is jammed in the tub.
Thanks

This is one of those problems that is hard to diagnose without seeing it.
You can pour some water in the tub and with the pump off and a bucket see it it drains out of the tub. Also check the pump to make sure the blades are not damaged. And pour some water in the drain pipe to make sure it is not partially clogged.
One solution might be to replace the pump, and if you buy from this site you can return it if the new pump does not fix the problem.

I was told to remove the inner tub as it could be something partly blocking the intec to the pump.
If that doesn't solve anything then Ill purchase a new pump
Thanks
