Model Number: wjsr2080t6ww Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
how do i remove agitator. i removed the softner part now i see a clear plastic shield, how do i remove this? are thier plastic dogs under this? it does not seem to be agitating right. thank you dave

To remove the agitator, place a strap under the agitator near the center and yank upwards forcefully being careful to not let it hit you in the face when it pops off. The upper agitator "dogs" are not replaceable in GE agitators. You must replace the whole agitator if they are not working properly.
