My washer will stop running suddenly, it won't do anything. It just started this past week.

The first place I would look is the lid switch.

I don't think that the switch is the problem. It fills up well It just won't run :confused:

On many models the machine will fill even if the lid switch is not operative Haven't you been able to raise the lid during filling and have the filling continue? If so, check the lid switch.

i will check the lid, however i have never seen it fill when the lid is open.
