washer made a grinding noise now will fill up drain and spin out but does not agitate during washing cycle did I blow out the motor?

Remove the front panel and check the belt.

- The part number for the belt AP3867042

- Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire washer Model GLWS1349AS0
