After several weeks of very cold weather, our washer won't fill with water. The water just keeps cycling into and immediately out of the tub. I had disconnected the water source during the worst of the freeze, reconnected and did a successful load last week. Now it just cycles water out of the tub.?????

If the water comes in and goes right out, the drain hose is too far in the drain. Tom

Hey Tom. Thanks for the reply.
Why then has it worked successfully all these years/? only now to cycle water? I am worried that something exploded with our freeze and then thaw but am currently warming it up to try again tomorrow. Diana

Can you see where the water is coming out of the washer?

At this point, I'm loathe to take it all apart. The water seems to pump in and directly out through the drain hose. Wierd, huh? I'll try it again now that I've warmed up the room, but have little faith that did the trick.
