The tub in my kenmore washer moves up and down, side to side very easy, like real loose. On spin cycle the tub bangs against sides and front of machine.

First check the back of the machine to make sure the spinner nut has not loosened up. If it is tight, then you will need a new out tub. The outer tub contain the tub bearing, and it is not sold separatly. Here is the part number for the tub.Part number: AP2578105

I would pull off the lower front panel and look for busted shocks.
