I replaced the gasket between the drum and door about a week ago. Water was leaking from a hole in the bottom of the gasket. After about tens loads the drum is now rubbing against the plastic housing. The plastic is chipping and melting from banging and rubbing by the drum. The drum feels loose compared to the washer me sisters (she has the same unit) hers is solid.

I checked the nut on the back and it seams tight. What next, what do i look for?

Thanks''
