Washing Machine will not spin. It will agitate. The motor doesn't even turn when it should be on the spin cycle. However, when I took the belt off of the motor pulley, the motor spins when it is in the spin cycle. Also, I can spin the pulley on the bottom of the agitator both ways. One way spins the whole drum. It is not overly easy but it doesn't seem to me that it is overly hard considering it is spinning the whole drum. I don't believe that it is froze up/or dragging in any way. but maybe I am wrong?

I have posted the full explanation here, but no one seems to be responding, so I am trying to post again:
