Fridge is not cooling. Frost pattern on evaporator is only on the left side corner. The whole evaporator is not frosted up.

Could be that you are low on freon and have a slow leak in the sealed system.

Is the compressor running all the time?
You can usually hear it but it should be warm and you should be able to feel it vibrating.
It is important that you check the evaporator coils after the compressor has run for a couple hours. Check them shortly after a defrost cycle and you will come to the wrong conclusion.
Check that both the evaporator/freezer and the condenser/compressor fans are running.
