OK, so back here again, looking for answers, on why my Samsung RF263-AEWP isn't cooling my refigerator and the freezer works fine. Already Replaced the Defrost senser & now the PC Inverter board, based on comments and suggestions. (Not necessarily here but on Youtube & forums.

So here's the video of putting in the inverter, was a easy replacement for the inverter. One guy said relays go bad on the board so you can change them out. I wasn't going to soder it, so I bought new one.

So far, it's been over an hour and not seeing temp drop in fridge..don't know if it takes longer or....
Running out of options, especially, when repair guys say they don;t want to work on these models.

Any other suggestions?
Is there a fan in the freezer?
Or is the only fan the evaporator fan in fridge? Sounds like its working....
Compression fan working at the bottom in back..

Don't have a Clue..!?

So, I took changed board and no change. Someone said I had a leak in a sealed system but rechecked it and it didn't look like any leaks.

Put back panel back and went down to normal temp 36, then later the temp 36 started blinking which means drastic temperature change and back to square one. Repair clininc says test a bunch of parts, evap fan motor, defrost heater, sensers etc.

Problem is I got bad feeling you get a repair guy to come out at $100 trip charge, Plus $100 an hour plus parts, when some say doesn't necessarily fix the problem.. I don't know.

What Does Evaporator Fan Do? Does It Blow Cold Air Through the Holes Or On the Evaporator? How Do You Test It With ohm Meter.
