The buttons to dispense water and dispense ice are not working. All other buttons function properly but when choosing the water or ice dispense buttons all other buttons light up and cannot switch from water dispense to ice dispense. HELP please, live in very rural area and all repair people want to charge $150 - $200 JUST to come out here before they even do anything. I have a place to order parts no problem.

Sounds like the problem is a bad keyboard but there is a small chance for the dispenser control board to be bad as well.

If you need the correct part number for the keyboard, post the color of it.

Hi Gene, thank you for the reply! I apologize for not posting but we did already change out the control board behind the keypad and it did not solve the problem. The refrigerator is a sterling silver one, would love to have the correct part number. Are you referring to the #2 on the diagram that you so kindly provided as well. That was awesome thank you as well for that, I tried to find that online and was coming up with not the correct thing.

Yes, the keyboard is shown as #2 on the diagram.

From the list of colors available to order the closest is probably Satina.
