Inner drum of washer appears to be slanted downward toward the front of the washer. Spins be obviously is no firmly in place.

This is a Frigidaire Gallery machine. You should take off the back and inspect the support system, and hopefully it will be a broken support strut.

This manual will show you how to get into it.
