I have soapy (maybe dirty) water left in the bottom of the tank (a good half inch plus).. I hve replaced the the pump assembly ap3192221 and the module cntl arm as suggested. I have checked all lines they are clear. I have run a cycle with a citrus cleaner that is supposed to clean any buildups in the machine. And the problem still exists. Any suggestions besides throwing the machine away

my sister had a GE PDW928000 with soapy water left in the bottom of
the tank, after checking the drain hose was ok serviceman replaced the drain pump all works well hope this helps
