MY fridge loses all cooling powers when the heat reaches past 95 degrees I have noticed there is a tremendous amount of heat coming from under the refridge, I have also recently noticed that the rubber seals/gaskets under the refridge side is broken under the door could it be that heat is going directly into the refridge. This has happened for the past 2 summers, the freezer/refridge works perfectly once the temp is reasonable and is extremely cold in winter. Please advise and thank you in advance.
