This refrigerator has the freeze at the top and the refri. at the bottom (two doors). The freezer at the top is working find and all items are frozen. The fan in the freezer is working. The bottom (refri.) is warm ( not cool at all).Any idea how I can repair this problem? No ice maker. Thanks

Look inside the freezer to see if there is a snowy frost build up. If so, it's most likely a defrost problem.
