I have a Whirlpool SF385PEEZ oven. The cooktop burners will no longer light. When the controls are put in the light position, no sparking is heard. The oven and broiler still function properly. Any suggestions as what to look for? I’ve tried unsuccessfully to locate a repair manual for this oven. This problem happened around six months to a year ago, and went away while I was researching the problem. It looks like a hard failure now. Thanks.

Here is where I got some valuable information on my DSI. You might go there and seach around for your particular range. Good luck.

Thanks for that link. Unfortunately the manual is for ranges produced after January 3, 2000. We purchased this range in 1998.
