wahing machine wont fill on warm or cold water

when starting the washing machine it will only work on the hot cycle and not the cold or warm cycle. what is my problem please

Hi Mickey

Probably the ATC board which controls the water valves to the right selected temperature. This part here

You can test it using the procedures in this manual.

If it checks out the problem is then likely in the water valves themselves which have a thermistor that measures temp and feeds back to the ATC. It can also be the selection switch, but try the board first.
