Dishwasher was not washing well during 2 cycles. Noticed Washarm nut & radial bearing loose in bottom of unit. Radial bearing was slightly melted. What would cause item's to loosen? Could this be the cause of poor quality? How tight should nut be when retightened? Otherwise washer has worked well for app. 10 years.
