l purchased new seals/gaskets for my freezer and frig doors. They are leaking worse than the ones the contractor replaced. It was noted that there were several kinks in the seal before mounting. Customer service said you might have some tricks to make the seal conform to the door.

The only thing that has seemed to work at all for me is using a hairdryer to warm the seal and then work with it (with high heat of course) until i get it to stick to the frame and then leave the door shut for several hours without opening it
