This older machine has served me very well (knock on wood!) owned since new (25+ yrs) just started leaking out of what looks like weeping holes in the tub seal.

Removed boot seal--all looks to be in decent shape--any ideas what I should be replacing.

Pretty steady drip during use.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm not sure how these things seal out the water--is that teflon ring (hard surface to hard surface) supposed to prevent water in tub from seeping through? Seems like a tall order for hard surface to hard surface to keep water out--can someone pls explain how this works?

this is where it is leaking from. Seems to be coming through the small weeping holes in the seal...fairly steady drip.

anyone??
