Hello, we have a Viking VGSO166 Wall Oven that is in need of a new temperature probe. According to the parts listing (https://allvikingparts.com/v/vspfiles/downloadables/VGSO166.pdf), the part number is PB010116, but it appears to have been discontinued. Is there a temperature probe that we can use in its place? Thanks!
