The "Self-Cleaning" step was completed with no issues. Halfway through the "Cooling" cycle, I heard a buzzer and some vibration, I started dis-assembly. I checked the two oven fans, OK. Before I removed the microwave, I looked through the back of the unit and a red light and buzzer was coming from the two control panels under the microwave. I removed the microwave and unscrewed the controls support and located the blinking red light and buzzer. I did not see any ERROR CODES on the microwave front touch panel. What could be the problem?
