I think the model is ZICP360NXLH. It's a top/bottom paneled fridge/freezer. It's 15+ years old at this point. The freezer and fridge were t 40 degrees all of the sudden.

Turned on and off. Did 1-5 diagnostic. Cleaned off coils in the top of the unit. Fan running at the top compartment. Removed the freezer panel and fan is running as well. It's just not getting cold enough?

What other diagnostics should I run? Any ideas to pinpoint the issue.
