The ice machine does not produce cubed ice. It only dispenses crushed ice. If I want cubed ice I have to open the freezer and grab it. That has been going on for about a yr. 2. My fridge sounds like its producing ice all the time. It makes a very loud noise and when water is dispensed its hot at first. The fridge is only two years old. Any help is appreciated.
