My FRIGIDAIRE Gallery Freezer is showing all the symptoms of a frozen drainaigae port so I think I need to take out the food, the basket and drawers and then the back panel and defrost the drain, to get to it, I need to take off an interior panel and I think I need the door off to reach it? Are there instructions to take the door off?-it is the French door type with the door down below that pulls out
